So Today I have an outfit of the day to show you all, inspired by the Kardashian Kollection at Sears! It's simple yet very chic!


I decided to pull together an outfit from their 'K'ollection because EVERYTHING is on sale (30% off) Clothes, Shoes, Accessories... You name it!


So the look was worn by none other than the oldest of the three sisters, the beautiful Kourtney Kardashian at their "Kardashian Kollection" Launch Party for Sears.

When I saw this outfit, I fell in love! I thought the lace shirt give it a nice fresh feminine look, while the bow made the shirt standout and look different than others. The skirt was casual yet very beautifully detailed with lace trimming, and the heels just tied everything together!

Knit Sweaters

Your first "Back To School" Outfit Idea is Knit Sweaters!!
Why you ask? Because they are the perfect throw on pieces of clothing that still look chic AND keep you warm!
Comfrotable & Cute? YES, it's a Must have!

Knit sweaters are VERY appropriate for Autum because they aren't too heavy like jackets or too light like cardigans.


There are two different types of knit sweaters that I absolutley adore, both from Forever 21 at very affordable prices.


The first is a Crochet Knitted Cardigan for $29.80 at Forever 21

As you can see, it can be casually thrown over a simple summer dress and can either be left open or tied to the front like the way the model is wearing it above.

This is actually a type of a sweater that can be worn through out the school year. (up until Spring ofcourse ) When it isn't too chilly, you can wear it over a simple short dress & when it gets kind of cold you can swap the dress for skinny jeans or tights.
In my opinion, that is definetly a back to school outfit must have!


Another fabulous knit sweater that is actually a steal for $5.99 (On Sale, you better hurry) also at Forever 21 is this Drop Knit Sweater. It is in the color 'Cocoa'

This type of knitted sweater is actually for a more subtle & simple look. It goes great with a light colored cami and can be paired with shorts or jeans. Another great thing about this outfit is that it can be worn with different styles of shoes. Espicially with boots, sandals, and ofcourse wedges!! Mix it up and create your own classic one of a kind look.

Fall Trends With A POP of Color!

You can't complete an outfit without the latest trends in accessories. From your bags, to colorful scarves and jewelry.
I've put up a list of my 5 favorite Fall trends that have a POP of color for the upcoming season. Perfect for school as well!


Start Fall with a light colorful Aztec scarf! You can get them anywhere in so many different styles and colors, it's almost impossible not to find one that you like!


My favorite is this Multi-Color Aztec scarf from Alloy on sale now for $12.99. It's a mix of a reddish-pink & purple. Goes great over a patterned OR solid shirt. Be Creative!

And when the weather gets a little chilly in the later months, you can swap the tank for a short pea coat or a long-sleeved sweater-shirt. It's a perfect year-round accessory!


The best thing about a colorful scarf is that you can just throw it around your neck and it instantly makes an outfit look complete!






My next favorite fall trend is this Leather Turquoise Purse From LuLu's , $40.00 You can't go wrong with such a rich beautiful blue!

I love the tassel and the gold hardware around the strap. What I also think is very convenient & makes it worth the price, is that the strap is detachable so that way you can make it a very chic clutch at night and a easy trendy purse during the day! Why not?!

Animal prints are back & they're everywhere! Shoes, bags, clothing even jewelry! So, of course my next favorite Fall trend are these Ralph Lauren Leopard Print Flats, $79.00. You can definitely find flats similar to these at a cheaper price but I chose these because of the skinny bow detail and the simplicity. And you surely don't have to stick to leopard prints, go for the classic zebra or the fierce snakeskin. Mix it Up!

You can find these specific flats at Dillards. Don't forget they're the most amazing accessory for 'back to school'. Casual but still cute!

The 70's are back!!

Trouser Jeans Everyone, they are making a comeback! Yes, they are back for the season! Every Store, Magazine, and Mall AD is showing of their new 70's jeans. It's the new fashion trend! And they look flattering and gorgeous on any body type. If your not familiar with trouser jeans, they are the same as wide-legged jeans.

Personally, they are my favorite type of jeans, mainly because they can create the illusion of a person looking a bit taller. So ladies if you're not that tall, like me, get yourself a pair of trouser jeans and read for the tips on how to rock them below.
Don't worry, every body type can wear trouser jeans and look fabulous!


If your petite, add heels to your trousers and look for mid-rise cuts. Pair those with a tucked in feminine blouse or buttoned down shirt. There, you will look fabulous and sharp!
Also, the best color in jeans for a short women is the darkest blue, mainly because it makes you look taller and even slimmer.


If your tall, go for a more laid back look. Add some flats, a t-shirt. You can even pair a cropped jacket or cardigan with the look if you like. And if you really want to make the outfit look pulled together, add a wide belt. Laid back and still classy.


Now this works for everybody, with your tucked in blouse or t-shirt, add a fitted blazer.
And if your looking to pair your outfit up for a formal look, dark trousers are a must!
Adding a pop color is always fashionable too, whether it is in your bag, your makeup, shoes or even the jeans, it is sure to make a statement!

An example on one way to wear wide-legged jeans is on the lovely Kim Kardashian Below! Personally, she is one of my favorite style icons. :-) She paired a tucked in ruffled black shirt with a black wide belt and of course heels! Add a bag and sunglasses and you have the perfect classy summer look.

Don't forget, trousers come in so many colors. They are the IT jeans! Dare to wear different colors such as beige, brown, white etc.








These types of Jeans don't always have to be loose from the waist and down, you can have them hug your curves and fit you perfectly around the waist and hips, then let them drop loose.
