ELIE SAAB HAUTE COUTURE AUTUMN-WINTER 2011/2012

Hey Fashion Lovers, I know it's been a while. :)

Here it is, one of my favorite Elie Saab collections, this guy blows my mind every time with his designs. Very Feminine, is the way to go, I love that.

In this collection, he wasn't afraid to use sheer transparent material. He found a way to make it look elegant & not tacky.

Here's the Full ELIE SAAB HAUTE COUTURE AUTUMN-WINTER 2011/2012 Collection that was shown in Paris.

He started off the runway with pure classic whites, then neutrals & taupes, leading to beautiful navy blues & darks, and as always he ended it with another stunning & dramatic wedding dress.

One of my favorite pieces from the collection, would most definitely have to be this one:
It's not too dramatic, or for a big event, it has a nice clean cut, bare back, sequined-sheer front, and almost like a chiffon-tutu, finished off with a signature flower seen before in the collection around the waistline.

I was browsing through twitter, & instantly fell in love with a tweet from jewelry designer Loren Ridinger about a "Holiday Lace Skirt" from Topshop, paired with an Old Navy Pussybow Blouse, True Decadence Blazer, Nordstrom Black Tights & Miss Selfridge Black Platforms.

I adore the style & neutral colors in this outfit, gives you a fresh new classy look for the Holidays. What do you think? (:

Pierre Balmain - S/S 2012 Collection

Fashion, Rock, City, & Love. Perfect Right? (:

Inspired by downtown cool, rock & international lifestyles, this short debut film Directed by Inez and Vinoodh features pieces from the Pierre Balmain Spring/Summer 2012 women's and men's collection. Represented by model Abbey Lee & her band "Our Mountain" who are all wearing pieces from the collection.

Preppy with a twist from Seja

Pairing an H&M zebra shirt, with a blazer from Ann Taylor, black Express Pants, Michael Kors bag & Bandolino riding boots, my friend Seja looked stunning yesterday at a Holiday gathering, pulling off a preppy but sharp outfit. :-)

It's in 'VOGUE' to be BOLD

When I first saw this picture, I was lost for words!

In the 'VOGUE' November 2011 issue, they featured Actress Tilda Swinton with a wrapped Palestinian scarf. I love the way her green eyes mirror the green of the flag colors.

What a powerful and BOLD picture.. considering me being Palestinian, this means so much. Especially when my two favorite things in the world connect, Fashion & My Country. Xo!

Tory Burch Fall 2011 FULL Collection

“It’s English countryside meets American sportswear,” said Burch, when she described her Fall 2011 collection. Full of tweed, deep colors, fur, plaid, dresses & bow blouses this collection was inspired by the 70's like many other designers. Taupe, olive green, wine, orange, black, red & a deep blue made up the color structure for the collection. While accessories ran from thick loafers to leather attaché bags.

Nina Dobrev's Reaction To Being Best Dressed At Emmys

As most of you know, the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards took place last month & although their were many amazing dresses that turned heads, there was one in particular that shined brighter than the rest and topped the best dressed list.
That was Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev wearing a breathtaking strapless mermaid dress by Donna Karen..

Personally, Nina Dobrev is one of my favorite style icons, her dress featured chic, intricate detailing on the mermaid end. Dobrev completed the ruby red look with Brian Atwood shoes, Neil Lane jewelry & a Judith Leiber clutch.

Here's Nina Dobrev's response to 'TooFab' about the honor of being Best dressed at the Emmy Awards.

"It was certainly an unexpected but wonderful surprise! When choosing my dress, I wasn't expecting to be on the best dressed list, I really just wanted to pick the best dress that fit me and my personality. I am thankful to have this great moment where everything really came together perfectly, and to have such an amazing team that helped create the night's look."

Nina Dobrev was one of the countless celebs that were dressed in the red that night on the carpet, and she beautifully outdid them all.
